2026 - 2027 SCHOOL YEAR REGISTRATION
Welcome! Registration is now open for the 2026–2027 School Year.
Please follow the steps below to view available classes and register your student:
Scroll down until you see the classes being offered.
Click “Semesters” to view the list of classes available for the 2026–2027 school year.
Browse the available classes and click “More Info” to read a description of each class.
If you would like to enroll your student, click “Register.”
You will be prompted to sign up and create an account with Sawyer to complete registration.
Once your account is created, continue through the registration process to enroll your student in the course.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION & CLASS INFORMATION
Health & Safety
We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment for all students and staff. We follow applicable local health and safety guidelines and take reasonable precautions to help prevent the spread of illness.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available and encouraged for use by students and staff. Supplies, equipment, and classroom furniture will be cleaned and sanitized between classes as appropriate.
When necessary, additional health and safety measures, including masks, may be required for students and staff.
Class Registration & Enrollment
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Class sizes are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
If a class becomes full, you will be notified and given the option to select another available class or receive a refund of your tuition.
Registration is required before a student may participate in a class. A one-time annual registration fee applies to each student.
Class Size & Scheduling
Each class meets once a week for one hour unless otherwise noted. Drone and Robotics Teams have longer sessions, as outlined in the descriptions for the competitive teams.
A minimum of 6 students is required for a class to make. Classes are limited to small groups to provide each participant with a quality, hands-on learning experience.
Class schedules are subject to change based on registration numbers.
Tuition & Payments
Current tuition rates can be found on our Class Information page.
Discounts are available for returning students and families registering multiple children. Please email pinebeltroboticsacademy@gmail.com to request a promo code.
Credit card payments are automatically charged on the first of each month for the following month’s tuition.
Please provide at least one month’s notice before discontinuing participation or stopping recurring tuition payments.
Full monthly tuition is due each month, even when a month contains fewer class meetings due to school holidays or scheduled breaks.
Robotics & Drone Teams
If robotics teams are formed and a student is invited to participate, additional fees will apply. Information about teams will be provided after classes begin.
Students who would like to be considered for a robotics or drone team should be added to the appropriate waitlist.
School Holidays & WeATHER cLOSURES
Classes do not meet during extended school holiday breaks, including:
Fall Break
Thanksgiving Break
Christmas Break
Spring Break
We observe Lamar County County School District school holidays, as well as intercession weeks and other scheduled school breaks.
Weather-Related Closures:
For the safety of our students, families, and staff, Pine Belt Robotics Academy follows the Lamar County School District’s decisions regarding severe weather. If the school district announces an early dismissal or school closure due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, Pine Belt Robotics Academy will also close or dismiss classes accordingly.
Weather-related class cancellations will be communicated to families as soon as possible through our usual communication channels.
We may also make adjustments to the class schedule when severe weather or other emergency conditions are expected to affect the Hattiesburg area..
Missed Classes & Make-Up Sessions
If a student misses a regularly scheduled class because of illness or a school-related conflict, they may make up that session by attending another class later in the same week, provided an appropriate class is available within the same age group.
Make-up sessions are optional and are not required.
Parent/Guardian Communication
Parents/guardians agree to provide a current cell phone number for last-minute or emergency communication.
Parents/guardians should also provide staff with any pertinent medical, learning, or other support needs that may affect the student's participation or safety in class.
